Leopards Edged By Kingsmen

The University of La Verne men's soccer team fell 1-0 against the Cal Lutheran University Kingsmen Wednesday afternoon in Thousand Oaks.

In spite of the loss La Verne was able to out shoot Cal Lu 20 to 16. Taylor Hart led the Leopards with four shots in the game. Jonathyn Lomeli recorded three saves in the match, giving him 60 for the season so far.

The Leos will be on the road again on Saturday as they take on the Stags from Claremont-Mudd-Scripps. The game will begin at 11am.
