The new era of La Verne men's soccer looks to build on a proud and winning tradition. La Verne has finished in the upper echelon of the SCIAC two of the past three seasons with expectations raised for the future. From 2005 to 2008, the Leopards finished second in three of the four seasons and earned consecutive trips to the SCIAC Postseason Tournament in 2007 and 2008.
History has proved kind as the Leopards enjoyed a streak of 27 consecutive winning seasons, a string that lasted into the 1990s. They achieved back-to-back SCIAC championships during this era. The philosophy of the coaching staff is to first maintain the high standards of a La Verne student-athlete, which is a strong commitment to the classroom in addition to the soccer field through hard work and dedication.
