Cindy Adams is entering her fourth year as the diving coach for the University of La Verne swimming and diving teams.
In her first year with the Leopards, she guided Scott Mackay to second place finishes in both the one-meter and three-meter dives at the NCAA Regionals. Mackay went on to compete at the NCAA Championships. In 2017, she coached Andrew Tompkins to fourth place finishes in both the one-meter and three-meter dives at the NCAA Regionals.
Adams also serves as the diving coach for NCAA Division II Azusa Pacific University. With the Cougars, she led Kianna Mourer to three Pacific Coast Swimming Conference individual titles in both the one-meter and three-meter dives. She began her coaching career in 2001 for the Mission Viejo Nadadores.
Adams was a four-year member of the UCLA nationally renowned diving program.
Cindy resides in Mission Viejo with her husband Cedric. The two have three daughters, Casy, Samantha, and Delaney. Cindy enjoys running, watching sports, and playing cards.
