LA VERNE, CA — The Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches named Peter Trinh to the ACWPC All-American Second Team, the organization announced Tuesday.

Trinh finished his Leopard career with his best statistical season. He led the SCIAC with 111 goals, 142 points, 33 field blocks, 4.3 goals per game, and 5.5 points per game.

"Peter had a stellar season. Earning All-American accolades is well deserved.  He was our captain and primary offensive weapon.  His 111 goals this season are a school record and will likely stand for a long time," said University of La Verne water polo head coach Pat Beemer.

Trinh earned First Team All-SCIAC honors earlier this season.
