Analise Kusleika joined the Sports Information Department as a Graduate Assistant in the Fall of 2025.
Kusleika is no stranger to the SCIAC; she graduated from Whittier College with a Bachelor's of Arts in Child Development, with minors in Kinesiology and Spanish, in Spring of 2025. At Whittier, Kusleika kept herself booked and busy as the co-captain of the volleyball team and the co-president of the Poet Student Athlete Leadership Academy. In these roles, she learned how to work efficiently and compassionately in high pressure team settings.
Kusleika won a number of awards during undergrad, including the Poet Spirit, Senator of the Year, Character of the Year (Volleyball), and Iron Poet awards. These awards reflect on Kusleika's evolving leadership style both on and off the court.
In her personal life, Kusleika has a passion for education and working with children. She had coached volleyball for a number of years and is currently working in childcare. When she's not working, Kusleika enjoys lifting weights, reading hefty chapter books and line dancing.
Kusleika is pursuing a Master's in Teaching in Learning and her Single-Subject Teaching Credential, with the hopes of teaching English at the high school level after graduation.
