LA VERNE, Calif. - On an overcast Southern California morning, the ULV Mini Tournament commenced as the Leopards faced off against George Washington University in game 1. The La Verne team showcased a strong offensive performance, with returning Leopards and a promising freshman contributor exhibiting their abailities against the Colonials.

Jaden Javier exhibited exceptional precision, each finding the back of the cage to accumulate a combined total of 5 points. Freshman
Jordan Baker notched 3 rapid goals in the corner. The first half of the game was closely contested, with the Leopards trailing by a mere 2 points. However, in the end, the Leopards fell short, concluding the match with a final score of 8-15.
Game 2 of the tournament will feature George Washington University facing off against Concordia University. The Leopards will then booked the day when they compete against Concordia at 3pm for game 3.
