LOS ANGELES — Paul Antonis recorded a double-double and scored a game-high 19 points, but it wasn't enough as the Leopards fell on the road to Occidental 78-67.

Antonis led the Leopards with 11 rebounds, all on the defensive end, drained a pair of threes, and added two steals. 

Three other Leopards finished in double figures. Darien Guyton scored 15 points and grabbed six rebounds. Kyler Harvey totaled 13 points, seven rebounds, three assists, and two steals. 

Dahmaj Warren finished with 10 points, four assists, and two rebounds.

Occidental was led by Andrew Waldman's 17 points. 

The Leopards move to 6-12 overall and 3-7 in the SCIAC. Occidental improves to 13-5 and 6-4.

La Verne returns to action this Wednesday at Cal Lutheran for a 7 p.m. tip-off.
