WHITTIER, CA – The Leopards were on the road this past Wednesday, playing the Whittier College Poets. After a tough battle, the Leopards fell in a 2-1 loss, but not before a number of players had standout performances. 

Lexi Torres was the star of the show, with the highest shots on goal stats on the team. She was also the goal-scorer of the evening, assisted by Kailey Kolesar. Kolesar has been playing well all season; her offensive presence makes a difference on the field. In goal, the Leos had Katy Beck who had three saves. 

The Leopards are back in action on October 25th, on the road against the UC Santa Cruz Banana Slugs at 11 a.m.
