LA VERNE, CA— Junior defender Maren Handel has been named a Third Team All-Region award the United Soccer Coaches announced.

Mandel picks up All-Region honors for the first time. She recently earned Second-Team All SCIAC, the third All-SCIAC award of her career.

Handel played started in all 17 games she played this season and helped the Leopards record six shutouts, including Redlands, George Fox, and Chapman. 

Handel is the sixth Leopard recent memory to earn an All-Region honors. She joins Abigail Macedo, Jessica Hernandez, Alina Cobian, Delanie Pacheco and J.J. Weaver on the esteemed list.
