LA VERNE, CA - The Leopards have done it again. For the fifth straight week, La Verne has been voted No. 1 in the latest American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA)/TARAFLEX Division III Coaches Poll, announced Tuesday at noon.
The Leopards continue their undefeated march through the season, dominating both the conference and national stage with precision, consistency and poise. Their hold on the top spot reflects not only their performance on the court but the respect earned from coaches across the division.
The team now sets its sights on maintaining the momentum through the heart of their schedule, with every match serving as both a challenge and an opportunity to reinforce why they stand atop the D-III volleyball world.
This Week
The Leopards return to The Tents tonight, Tuesday, October 21 at 7 p.m. to face Whittier College. La Verne will then hit the road for a Friday night matchup against Pomona-Pitzer on October 24 at 7 p.m. before returning home for a top-25 showdown on Saturday, October 25 at 6 p.m. against No. 19 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps inside The Tents.
